Clicking on the "View Court Rules" link below will open a separate window with the Delaware Municipal Court Rules in it. You MUST have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3.0 or greater to view the Court Rules. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available at no cost to you by clicking on the Adobe Acrobat Reader icon below. The Court Rules are searchable, and are hyper-linked throughout the document. This means that you should be able to click on any entry in the Table of Contents, and you will be taken to that item within the Court Rules. There are also "Return to Table of Contents" hyper-links throughout the document to easily get you back to the Table of Contents. If you would prefer to view and use the Court Rules on your local computer, rather than through the web browser, RIGHT-CLICK on the "View Court Rules" link below and select "Save Target As". You will then be prompted to save the file to your computer. Just remember where you save the file on your computer, open Adobe Acrobat Reader, open the file, and use the Rules. If you attempt to make a filing by email without prior approval of the Court, your filing will be ignored, and deleted without acceptance as a filing.
