Judge Sunderman and Judge Gormley can perform marriage ceremonies at the Delaware Municipal Court. To schedule an appointment for a ceremony, call the Judges' office at
740-203-1501. Ceremonies are conducted on Fridays at 4:00 p.m. At least one party must be a Delaware County resident. You must obtain your marriage license from the Delaware County Probate Court, 88 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio prior to the scheduled marriage ceremony and bring it with you on the day of the ceremony. You must present a photo ID in the format of a driver's license, passport, or State ID. There is a $30.00 court cost fee to be paid the day of the ceremony at the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office. Please dress appropriately. You are permitted to bring a limited number of family and friends to share the event with you. You do not need to have witnesses. Pictures are permitted. |
